The second level of Bead Hell is for things that happen, that we *should* have had some control over. Maybe we didn't think ahead, or maybe it was something we didn't expect.
Broken fibers, lost beads, shortage of that special bead, etc all belong here.
These are things that we maybe could have avoided, but weren't really caused by anyone else. We can attribute them to the fates, if we want, but things like that, that have no real object of cause, are fodder for the 3rd level of Bead Hell.
