Thank you for your reply. I have joined a forum that is my very first (blush) and sometimes it gets a bit catty. I find it amusing (probably because I'm not the one under fire.)

I did notice you get a lot of readers. Maybe open up your categories somehow, let them know they don't HAVE to complain. They don't have to vent. Ha! wouldn't that be different, not needing to vent. Reverse pshychology. Oh heck, I have no founded suggestions but hope your brainchild takes off. It certainly can't be because people are afraid to speak their minds. Perhaps they fear retribution? Could be a valid fear but don't know how.

BEAD HELL! Why on earth did I choose to work with something that has 50 million little pieces parts! Also why something so closely tied to my emotions through passion that often reveal "I'm just not in the mood."

Also, I believe I'm going blind (I was always told it would happen)
I'm certain it can't be because I'm over 40. It must be the darned beads. Right....

Well perhaps when people get sick of my rambling they will be forced to post. I could certainly work on ruffling some feathers. Just kidding. Don't have any.

No feathers? Naked as a jay bird? (or K bird?) That can be a little chilly this time of year.

I like that "Cycloptic Eye" reference, (I didn't make it). They do tend to stare back at you, and bumpy beads are worse, since they can have many "eyes".

I don't think beaders are afradi to speak their minds, as much as they are afraid of being harrassed for it. I may not agree with you, but I'll defend to the death your right to say it. That is what our freedom is based on. There is just a time and place for everything, and sometimes it's just not the place.

I do hope people will find this an area where strong opinions are OK, and you don't have to be politically correct. Many of us have day jobs, or we work in several different crafts, and we work hard. Certain things -- and people -- annoy us. Many of us also work alone, so we don't have a place to vent. Having a place to do so, where people understand where you are coming from, and are not "disturbed" by the outburst is very nice.

I recently pounded a few beads into dust, because they simply didn't want to behave for me, and I was tired of them. You can't do that to people, or you get into trouble. So, I imagined those beads were a few people I'd have enough of, and there was a lot of satisfaction in it :)
